Sunona creates personalized songs based on the story, memories, and details you provide at checkout. Each song is custom-composed and delivered digitally via WhatsApp within 24 hours of order confirmation.
2. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate names, details, and a valid WhatsApp number at checkout. Sunona is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
3. Content Guidelines
Story details submitted must not contain hateful, abusive, illegal, or copyrighted content. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates this.
4. Delivery
Songs are delivered digitally via WhatsApp within 24 hours of order confirmation. Delivery times may occasionally vary during high-demand periods; customers will be notified of any delay.
5. Intellectual Property
Once delivered, the song is yours to keep, download, and share personally. Sunona retains the right to use anonymized samples for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise at the time of order.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sunona is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our service or delivered product.
